Was nice when it worked, but dont bother, now

When it worked, the at-a-glance interface was awesome. I work at a truck stop, and truckers are VERY interested in general weather patterns - this used to give really useful information for them. Now, though? All it does is return an error "Not connected to weather service" when it has a perfectly good internet connection. The support link on the download page just directs you to the website, which, as far as I found, has no contact options.

Would give zero stars if I could. Wheres my refund?
